Episode 64: Cuesta Rey and Da Vinci

DESCRIPTION: Today the Doc features two cigars instead of just one. The Cuesta Rey Cabinet Series No. 47 and the Da Vinci Exhibición B make a tempting tandem. With prices ranging from $3.80/stick for the Cuesta Rey, to a stick price of $2.90 for the Da Vinci, most everyone should be able to take one, or both of these sticks for a test-drive.

The Cuesta Rey Cabinet Selection was introduced to the United Stated in 1958 and has since become one of the most popular premium cigars in the world. It is available in 6 sizes in either African Cameroon or Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro Wrappers.

The Da Vinci cigars are handmade in Nicaragua and possess a deep chocolate-brown Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper grown by the Oliva family. These cigars have a rich Nicaraguan binder and filler and are packed in elegant domed boxes inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci. The Da Vinci represents one of the best deal’s in this month’s lineup.
